Hello!
I'm Nicole McKendree, Founder and CEO of Consultalytics LLC.
I first started a career in law enforcement in 2016 in Arkansas where I began patrolling with a city department and then sheriff's office. During this time, I obtained my Masters of Science degree in Criminology from Texas A&M University. While working as a patrol deputy at a local sheriff's office, I learned that I wanted to do more with my education and apply it to my career more so than I had already. I was offered a position to begin a crime analyst program at the sheriff's office that quickly became my niche in law enforcement - law enforcement analytics. I continued building the program until I was offered a position with the Arkansas State Fusion Center as a Senior Intelligence Analyst. I thrived in this environment of assisting law enforcement agencies around the world in solving cases and crime reduction and collaborating with state and federal agencies to produce actionable intelligence products. I moved with family to Georgia in 2023 and have continued to focus on being a specialized instructor for public safety professionals and growing Consultalytics.
I carry several certifications such as i2 Analyst Notebook, DDACTS, and CLEST and POST law enforcement officer. I was awarded National Fusion Center Association Southern Shield Analyst of the Year in 2022. In January 2023, I took on a volunteer position of leadership with the National Fusion Center Association Analyst Council Tradecraft Task Team. I'm a current member in good standing with the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts. I am a certified Specialized Instructor in Crime Analysis. Areas that I have collaboratively and solely authored intelligence products are Balkan Transnational Organized Crime Groups, Violent Crime, and Domestic Violent Extremism.
