Mentorship
As experienced analysts, we understand the importance of effective mentorship in achieving professional and personal growth. That’s why we offer one-on-one and small group mentoring sessions for new and experienced public safety professionals. With personalized guidance and support, you can develop skills, enhance your career, and make a meaningful impact in law enforcement intelligence. An Intelligence Community strongpoint is information sharing within the network. With this program, your standards of intelligence gathering and sharing will align with those standards seen practiced by accredited local, state, and federal agencies.
All mentoring is on-site (in-person) unless otherwise coordinated during communications.
One-on-One for Emerging Analysts
Are you a new law enforcement analyst? Not sure what track to specialize in (i.e., financial, cold cases, auto theft, homicides, etc.)? We will partner for YOUR success in specializing in a certain track, obtaining training, finding associations for networking, identifying programs and resources for your productivity, and so much more. By the end of this program, you will be set up for success and be well on your way to becoming a resource yourself in the intelligence community.
This program is available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month increments. During the program length, you (the Mentee) may decide when and how often contact is needed with your Mentor. Mentoring is preferably on-site for a period of time (determined by overall program length subscribed to) and then virtual via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Pricing is dependent on location, length of program subscription, and frequency of assistance.

Tailored to your years of service and experience, this program will assist you in learning new skills in law enforcement analytics or to broaden upon your current skill set.
